Invictus is for EVERYONE! Sessions will be customized and adjusted to individual needs and abilities,  leaving no one left behind.

We are open seven days per week. Weekday sessions run from 6 AM to 7 PM. Saturday sessions are held in the mornings from 7:30 AM to 12 Noon. We will have open gym on Sunday mornings.

Invictus Fitness is a family gym with inclusivity at the heart of what we do. We will do our best to accommodate your needs to create the most positive experience possible.

We take the health of our members seriously, and with that comes a commitment to the cleanliness of our facility. We require each member to clean and disinfect their own equipment after each session and then we follow up with a second cleaning before the next. Daily floor scrubbing will be required as well as vacuuming debris from the workout space. Adequate distancing and movement flow will be focused on in order to accommodate any restrictions and regulations required by government mandates. We take your health seriously and will continue to make changes where necessary to ensure everyone has a safe environment, each and every day.

We have a number of different options for local businesses to take advantage of. From team building activities to preferred member pricing for employees, we want to encourage health and wellness at home AND in the workplace.

Your membership will be deducted on the same day each month. If you would like to set up an alternative payment schedule, please ask us for more details.

We offer special rates for military and first-responders, as well as students.

We will have certain, specific times where we do offer open gym hours for our members to get caught up on something they missed that week, or time to focus on a specific weakness. If you have questions about open gym time, please ask!

We do not charge transaction fees on top of your membership, but we do charge sales tax on your monthly membership dues.

Our primary group sessions have two different program options you may select during your time at Invictus.

Fitness is designed for improving body composition, uses less complex movements, and is good for weight loss and less experienced clients.

Performance is a strength-based program, with more complex movements. This is your standard high intensity, functional fitness style workout.

If you are interested in competing at a higher level, please reach out about your options.

In most cases, we will get you moving with customized movements and workouts. Be sure to tell your coach about your injury prior to sessions to make sure they can help you pick the right movements.

*If a medical professional has advised you to not workout for any reason, we recommend following their advice.
