There are no bad questions and lots of frequently asked questions. See below – we may be able to provide you with a quick answer to one of your burning questions.
Invictus is for EVERYONE! Sessions will be customized and adjusted to individual needs and abilities, leaving no one left behind.
Monday through Thursday 6AM-7PM
Friday 6AM-6PM
Saturday 8AM-12pm
Sunday 9AM-11AM
Classes run every hour on the hour with the exception of 10am and 1-3PM
Invictus Fitness does not offer child care but parents can bring children and sign a waiver for them to be in the gym or if old enough participate in class with parental supervision.
We require each member to clean and disinfect their own equipment after each session. Vacuuming of debris and moping occurs multiple times a day. We pride our selves on the cleanliness of our gym and wellness center facilities.
Your membership will be deducted on the first of each month.
We offer special rates for military and first-responders, students, and additional family members.
A portion of the gyn is available for open gym every hour of the day, unless it is a holiday or special event.
If you are interested in a drop in, please use the button on our home page. Our single day Drop-In fee is $30. Please email info@invictusfitnessseattle.com for any additional questions.
We offer discounts for adding multiple family members to each account. Family members must live in the same household to qualify for family discounts.
We carry Invictus apparel, food and beverage, supplements and additional gear for sale at our gym.
We have free parking to accommodate our members.
We offer both women’s and men’s showers, changing rooms, baby changing stations.
In most cases, we will get you moving with customized movements and workouts. Be sure to tell your coach about your injury prior to sessions to make sure they can help you modify as needed.
*If a medical professional has advised you to not workout for any reason, we recommend following their advice.
We have a water fountain and bottle filling station.
