PROGRAMS FOR ALL LEVELS

The goals of our members vary, and so do our program offerings and coaching styles. Whether you want to improve your energy levels to chase around kids or grandkids or you want to compete as a world-class athlete, we have a program specifically designed for your goals.

Performance

If you are experienced with functional fitness and love to train with a barbell, the Performance track is perfect for you. This program has an increased level of complexity in movements, adding elements such as Olympic lifts and strict/kipping gymnastics movements. This track is great for the experienced athlete or those seeking a new challenge.

Fitness

The Fitness track of our group classes is designed for improving overall strength. Performing less complex movement than our Performance side, this track is often programmed with dumbbells instead of barbells and focuses more on full body circuit style work. This program is the perfect way to stay in shape and build strength while working in a higher rep range for safe and intentional movement.

Muscle

If you’re looking to build strength and muscle tone with a little less high intensity our Muscle classes will be a great fit. These classes combine a wide range of movements from large compound lifts to smaller rehab and stability exercises to gain a full body workout. Whether you’re looking to remove the higher intensity cardio portions from your workout or looking to enhance your stability and mechanics, this class is for everyone.

Motor

Our Motor classes are specifically designed to pair with our strength based classes to build a strong aerobic base. With world class programming, Invictus Engine (motor) classes are designed to train both energy systems to prepare your body for any task or workout that comes your way. We pair functional movements with use of machines and/or running to create dynamic and fun endurance workouts.

Strong For Life

Strong For Life is an inclusive environment for those 50+ looking for a fitness program to improve strength, balance and coordination.  Programming targets strength for functionality in everyday life as well as increasing aerobic capacity. Strong For Life is designed to meet participants where they are, allowing for modifications and scaling to accommodate all levels. Yoga

Our yoga classes add mobility to your fitness regimen. Typically following a Yin style, our classes are a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets the body’s deep connective tissue through long-held, passive poses.

HYROX

This fitness racing sport has been taking over the fitness world! For this race you just need some serious stamina… and that’s where we come in! HYROX is a fitness racing competition combining functional workouts and running. Participants complete eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional movement like sled pushes, burpees, or rowing. It’s designed to test endurance, strength, and mental grit. These classes are designed to give you the proper training leading up to a HYROX event or to use HYROX style training to achieve HYROX athlete-like fitness.

Private Training

This option is for anyone who wants a custom, individualized program that is designed to help you achieve your goals. A personalized approach to fitness that tailors every aspect of your training to your unique goals, lifestyle, and abilities. It’s built to help you train smarter, stay consistent, and get results efficiently. We have a variety of coaches and offer private or semi-private sessions to meet your needs.
