Our fitness studio is a safe space where our expert coaches and supportive fitness community push one another to conquer health and fitness goals. Whether it is weight training, mobility classes, nutrition coaching, or overcoming a challenge – our workouts will help you get in the best shape of your life.
Listen, we won’t lie to you – your fitness journey will not be linear. You will have good and bad days, but our coaches and community are here to support you through it all. There is no mold to fit into in order to call yourself an athlete, and we are here to prove that.

We offer goal-based fitness programs for all levels. The goals of our members vary, and so do our program offerings and coaching styles. Whether you want to improve your energy levels to chase around kids or grandkids or you want to compete as a world-class athlete, we have a program specifically designed for your goals.
Fitness Group Coaching
Our group fitness classes focus on general strength and fitness, with an emphasis on weight control. These workouts use less complex exercises, making it a perfect fitness program for beginners.
Performance Group Coaching
If you are more comfortable with functional fitness and strength training, this is the program for you! With more complex movements and challenges, these classes are perfect for experienced athletes.
Personalized & Small Group Training
Our fitness center offers these programs to provide a more personalized and less intimidating approach to health and fitness. If you are apprehensive about training in a larger group setting, you are sure to love our personal & small group training.
Invictus Engine
Our Invictus Engine program focuses on both cardio and strength training. In these fitness classes, our members use a variety of accessible equipment (treadmills, dumbbells, bodyweight, rowers, exercise bikes, etc.) to improve their overall athletic abilities and cardiovascular health.
Invictus Teens Program
Invictus Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for 13-17 years old athletes and non-athletes alike. Our gym classes range from weight to cardio to gymnastics, so you are sure to find a program that suits your needs. Our goal for teens is to establish a lifetime love of fitness, try new things and have fun!
