Fitness Group Coaching
Our group fitness classes focus on general strength and fitness, with an emphasis on weight control. These workouts use less complex exercises, making it a perfect fitness program for beginners.

Personalized & Small Group Training

Our Invictus Engine program focuses on both cardio and strength training. In these fitness classes, our members use a variety of accessible equipment (treadmills, dumbbells, bodyweight, rowers, exercise bikes, etc.) to improve their overall athletic abilities and cardiovascular health.
Invictus Teens Program
Invictus Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for 13-17 years old athletes and non-athletes alike. Our gym classes range from weight to cardio to gymnastics, so you are sure to find a program that suits your needs. Our goal for teens is to establish a lifetime love of fitness, try new things and have fun!
